About us

Our guesthouse is located in Kétvölgy, one of the most enchanting villages in Őrség, near the Slovenian-Austrian-Hungarian triple border. The property spans approximately 13 hectares, of which 2.4 hectares are fenced. Our guesthouse was built using natural materials such as wood, reed, and adobe, following the model of ancient Őrség log houses.

As owners, after 10 years of traveling the world, we settled here and I began welcoming guests.

If you’re seeking tranquility in a secluded spot, yet also wish to enjoy an active getaway, then you’ve found your perfect place with us!

What can you do here in the heart of the forest? Wonderful things: relax, hike, e-bike, cycle, walk in the woods, mushroom hunt, trail run, grill, smoke meats, cook in a cauldron, stargaze, enjoy wine by the lake, and truly experience Őrség – don’t just see it, live it!

Our Tiny House is much loved by our guests due to its unique vibe. The house was built with an eco-friendly/water-saving approach, using natural materials. The waterless and odor-free operation of our bio toilet is absolutely nature-friendly, and it’s easy to use!
